I think Glen Este wins this one by a bunch. 28+.

Glen Este can probably name the score.............With all of the injuries at Ryle they don't have a prayer of keeping this game close...

Ryle will be outmatched in this one...I'm going to have to take Glen Este in a romp like last year...

Unfortunately Ryle has too many injuries right now. Doesn't look good for the Raiders.

Glen Este looked very sluggish in their game against Sycamore. Ryle is dealing with injuries. Its hard to say what could happen. If Ryle comes right out and gets after Glen Este, I think it could be close.

This will be a head knocker. Way too much stock is being placed on how Ryle looked vs. CovCath in the first half when our QB went down and we were out of sync offensively and had no Vince Murray on either side of the ball. Ryle was fine in the third quarter with our starters vs. CovCath's starters in that scrimmage. Ryle is better than last year and Glen Este is not as strong as last year on the offensive side of the ball. GE is very tough on D but I look for a close, hard-hitting ball game that will go to the team that makes the fewest turnovers. This will not be a blowout game to many people's surprise.

As much as I'd like to agree with some of the Raider Nation, this is going to be an awful tough game for Ryle to win. I was here, this time last year, tooting the Raider horn.......before GE came out and stomped us. Fool me once......

 

IF Ryle was at full strength, I think they might be able to give GE all they could handle. Being as were a few men down, I'm not sure that will happen. But I suppose that's why they play the games.....

This year's Ryle team seems to have great senior leadership and good morale and they are not feeling sorry for themselves just because 3 starters are out for the game. Granted, it's always tougher to win with backups but I like what's going on in Raider Nation. Last year's team had no chance vs. an experienced and fine senior-filled GE team that had multiple D-1 athletes. GE's team this year looked good on D but not nearly as imposing on offense. Team conditioning and turnovers will determine the outcome in a hard-hitting game.
