August 1, 201610 yr President Bush, whether you liked him or not, was and is a good human being. Trump is a horrible person. He makes that more and more evident every single day. Anyone who can't take criticism without blowing a gasket and making a fool of himself is not ready to be president.

Trump the killed the fire chief for not allowing more people than officially allowed into the hall. Lastly, while I didn't catch the details I read that he was interviewing with Stephanopalous(?) and stepped in it. He said something about Russian not invading an area only to have George tell him they already had. Foggy on details but it showed a lack of issues knowledge.
August 1, 201610 yr Trump is vile and there's simply no defending it. He's possibly doing irreparable harm to the Republican Party, even if it manages to survive its fracturing. Paul Ryan and a litany of others have sold their souls to support him, which will look spineless and shameful in sobered hindsight. As much as people disagreed with Bush's policies and decision-making, can anyone imagine him responding to this family in such a contemptuous way? This is the new face of the Republican Party. And that's just his character. His interview with ABC yesterday was a smorgasbord of nonsense, but that's for another day. You usually post pretty good takes on things but this is one is utter nonsense . Trump isnt even considered a member of the R party . Yeah we know he ran on the ticket but as I've stated a 1000 times , the establishment R's and most of the GOP power brokers despise the guy . As much as you libs want to make a him the standard bearer for the R party it just isnt true . Trump the face of the party ? No way . At least we ( R's ) had the guts to have a nominating process where a true outsider was given a fair chance . And if you dont like that ask Deb W-S why she was fired .
