Just started baking a homemade blueberry cheesecake for a cookout tomorrow, trying not to eat the entire graham cracker crust I just mixed up. Simultaneously flipping between several football game...., happy September y'all.

However, so far today, I've been given a 100 ml IV of 1000 mg Zosyn, an EKG, and a shot of Lovenox. Coming up, another 100 mil of 1000 mg of Zosyn followed by a 500 ml IV of 1500 mg Vancomycin then an echo cardiogram.

I think so, but this morning begins my 3rd day in here. Spider bite. The consensus is that it was a black widow, but nobody knows for sure. They have been throwing the big dog antibiotics at the cellulitis, caused by the bite, but are now looking to see if they can treat it with something I can get in pill form. I don't want to go home with a tap and have to come back for IVs.

 

BTW, it's as cold as a meat locker in here. I know it's not just me, because the nurses are complaining.

 

So that is what is on my plate for today along with working on web sites and such.

Stuffed some peppers with a cheese mixture and froze them. Also made fried zucchini and banana peppers for supper.

12 football games from the UNI Dome at Northern Iowa University. Left Tuesday after work . Games started Thursday morning.

Watched UK play football, now i have to drink.

Today I helped my sister with a bank meeting about an inherited IRA, visited a planned Realtor thanksgiving open house, got a beautiful Apple pie, made an unplanned trip to a funeral visitation, came home, marinated the turkey, made broth from the neck and innards, and watched "The Voice" recording. Now, I am relaxing with BGPs. Goodnight all. Tomorrow, funeral then the day in the kitchen with my sisters. What a great time that is.
