Didn't even see that one....Probably should've just ignored him or said no in that situation.

As the visiting player in all those scenarios, I have absolutely no issue with it at all, regardless who's being taunted.

I can't say for sure, but I think I read something that the first time this happened, it was because some adult(s) were trying to get the ball away from a kid. It sort of snowballed from there.
