I'm not sure who can arrest who anymore. Gezzz Saw a women from Chicago on some show and she wanted the police to leave the community and turn over the policing to the community it's self. I'm all for this, takes police out of all the controversy.
July 13, 201610 yr There are always going to be criminals who resist. That shouldnt mean there are always going to be cops killing civilians. There will always be people that try to kill police. For example, 5 people tried to ambush police today after calling 911. Fortunately they were incompetent and missed. They eventually gave up and were arrested. They don't always give up.
