July 19, 201610 yr I'm not sure if the story is really about guilt/innocence as much as ethnicity and how we as a country/legal system handle it. I'm thinking the same. I don't think it was an accident that a Muslim character is the focal point of this crime. That's why I'm wondering if this will get controversial.
July 19, 201610 yr I'm not sure if the story is really about guilt/innocence as much as ethnicity and how we as a country/legal system handle it. It's based off of a BBC series...not sure if he was Muslim in that series or not.
July 24, 201610 yr Watched the two episodes and wish I could binge them all. I definitely think there's a big twist coming. I'm also wondering if small details they've shown will eventually be important, like all the surveillance footage he was on "the night of" or something like the chain of custody being broken on the evidence bags or the witness who claimed he was alone when he wasn't (his buddy had a long stare down with Nas). I don't know if he did it or not, obviously, but I think it's going to focus on which side can tell the better story and the truth is going to end up being something else.
July 27, 201610 yr After 3 episodes I'm almost out. The first episode was good. The last two not so much. I will give it one more week. Too much feet !

July 28, 201610 yr For all the blood spatter, why does Naz not have blood everywhere on his body? Good point. Never thought of that.
July 28, 201610 yr That's what keeps sticking out to me. Such a gruesome scene and the only blood is on his palm? Nah, he ain't the killer. I'm leaning towards the stepdad or someone we've not met yet, or maybe the guy that was driving the hurst at the gas station.
August 1, 201610 yr For all the blood spatter, why does Naz not have blood everywhere on his body? Because he didn't do it :lol2: It's easy to see why they'd suspect him though.
