Was not sure where to put this topic.:( I'm all for eliminating ISIS from the face of the earth, but dropping numerous "atomic" bombs all over the place is just not a good idea.

I would not vote for any presidential candidate who uses nuclear weapons as a threat against anyone else. Nuclear weapons are for defense and deterrence only.
July 3, 201610 yr Yes because if we have a President that is not willing to use the weapons we have to eliminate the threat than what good are they as a leader. Would we rather have a President that would wait until the terrorist use an atomic weapon first?

Nuclear weapons are for defense and deterrence only.They are only a deterrent if this is a possibility that they could be used. I don't want the US or any country for that matter to use nuclear weapons. In the case of extremist the threat doesn't matter to them. They don't care how many have to die to further their cause. I think if they could incite the US to strike with a Nuke, that would be their ultimate dream...it would set them, in fact that entire region up for martyrdom for the next century.
