June 19, 201610 yr Watched the replay closely. If the ball even twitched on the practice strokes it would make sense. But that ball was at rest after the practice strokes. Seems like that is no fact based evidence and the ruling would be subjective.

June 20, 201610 yr USGA dirtied their drawers today. Greens 14 on the meter, uphill lie. Course was set up to be slicker than us amateurs could imagine. Gravity moves the ball, pretty simple to understand. Bad ruling, and perverted the rule to be "guilty until proven innocent".

Guy says he didn't make the ball move, should be end of story. If I'm in doubt at all next time it happens but I really think I didn't make the ball move, do I call the rules official over?
