Can't you basically deduct 3 yrs from all of the above and get their arbitration eligible deadline? Very little chance any of them are so incredible in years 3 and 4 that they get the type of arbitration money to price them out of range. Maybe by year 5, and by then the trade clock is ticking anyway...

June 23, 201610 yr The Reds' payroll for 2018 already totals $64 million with four (4) players: Votto ($25M), Bailey ($21M), Mesoraco ($13M) & Iglesias ($5.2M). Bailey is under contract through 2019 with an option for 2020 (and perhaps a $5 million buyout). I'm not sure if he'll be in Cincinnati in two years or not. Either way, the pitching staff should be in good shape. Bailey, Stephenson, Garret, Desclafani, Reed & Finnegan would make a pretty solid starting 5 from top to bottom. Maybe John Lamb pans out, maybe not. Iglesias & Lorenzen seemed destined for the bullpen. Iglesias will be making $5.2 million in 2018 and is signed through 2020. Add Cingrani (perhaps) and another arm or two, and the bullpen could be fine.

Tough to get the baseball instincts back after being off that long They do have a bunch of nice young arms but very doubtful they all stay healthy to form that nice rotation. What was the year reds starters didn't miss a start under Dusty? Next year they all missed some time I believe.
