Wow, 2020 with an offer. Great to see we apparently have a talented NKY female to enjoy over the course of the next four years.

Very skilled, high IQ, very athletic and hard worker. Good recognition by Brian Neal on this one ... Elite caliber point guard.

 

When Maddie was 10 years old Coach Ken Shields told me her parents would not have to worry about paying for college. True story.

Great job Maddie! Saw her play this summer, she looked really, really good. Her length is crazy, seems to get a hand on every ball near her. She was a force offensively, no surprise Xavier wants her already. Quickness and ball handling, super athletic, high IQ. She's going to be fun to watch over the next four years.

She plays up with a 15u Kentucky Premier team although she is truly 8th grade age (just turned 14 in December). Previously played with Shining Stars and Kentucky Royals.

Also, I believe she plays with 14u-Cann. So she is playing her age group.

14u is for girls who just completed their freshman year of high school...so she is playing up a year.

14u is just completed 8th grade but aau really dont have 13u,14u,15u and so on like boys do they? Girls are grade based with a 24 month window like boys use to be.

In exposure tournaments 13u is just completed 8th grade .... 4 years of eligibility remaining (so some girls that are almost 16 can play 13u in a lot of tournaments)
