June 8, 201610 yr I've been to a number of restaurants that serve what they call, "Hog Wings". Sometimes on the bone, sometimes not. They're pretty much just short ribs, and are typically a tasty treat. And: There is no such thing, as a boneless wing.

June 8, 201610 yr Author Yes, place rib in a skillet with some olive oil, garlic/onion powder, with your choice of bbq or teriyaki sauce and your good to go. Much less cooking time and prep than a bone in rib. A boneless wing is a mere chicken tender. If you're knocking the boneless rib, you haven't had one or you're doing it wrong. Maybe not the first time you've heard that? :smug: It's a simple fact of life: Bone = Flavor
