June 6, 201610 yr The Cavs offense is to stagnate they are having to much standing around and one on one ball. imo
June 6, 201610 yr What do the Cavs change to even win one game in this series? At this point, I believe it's a fair question. I figured Golden State was going to win going in, but thought Cleveland would put up at least somewhat of a fight.
June 6, 201610 yr Where there any officials at this game tonight? Wow. I agree with Texas Ranger. They let everything go tonight. Kevin Love gets a concussion from a guy going over his back and through his head for a rebound and the refs didn't even blow the whistle on the play. The refs let it go, it turned into a physical battle and the Cavs could not handle it. LeBron could have changed this game tonight. He should have taken the ball to the rim, bulled everyone out of the way and exerted his physicality. He needed to make a statement for his team and to the refs that if this is the way the game is going to be played, then get out of my way. As to what the Cavs can do, they are in a bind. What they have been trying isn't working. Do you make big changes or do you trust your game plan on your home floor? Here are things I would try (assuming Love is out): 1. I would start Mosgov and Dellavodova. Mosgov would stay on the floor as long as Bogut is out there. Get Delli on Curry and let him mess with him, move Irving over to Thompson and hope his quickness causes Klay problems, start Jefferson. 2. By starting those three, you then have JR Smith and Thompson to match up when the Warriors bench players come into the game. Change up the rotations and try to gain some advantages in match ups and in the substitution game. Try to add more defense to the first unit and more offense to the second one and see what happens. What did the Cavs and Lue do different tonight? It looked to me like they came with basically the same game plan as game 1. More minutes for Jefferson perhaps is the one move. Finally, I have to mention that JR Smith has been one horrible player in the series so far.
June 6, 201610 yr I heard a stat today that Cleveland's big line-up has outscored Golden State when on the floor in this series.
June 6, 201610 yr Author I heard a stat today that Cleveland's big line-up has outscored Golden State when on the floor in this series. Yes, by a point. And I'm not sure what they mean by "big line-up."
June 6, 201610 yr Author Is it just me, or does it seem like Tristan Thompson grabs every offensive miss, but he misses out on all the defensive boards?

Lebron James gets away with more offensive fouls than any player in the NBA . If they are allowing things to be more physical that should be advantage Cavs. Heck Curry had 3 fouls in the first half. When is the last time that happened.
June 7, 201610 yr Lebron James gets away with more offensive fouls than any player in the NBA. This times eleventy billion.
June 7, 201610 yr I'm not sure what you do with Kevin love in this series. It's just a terrible matchup for him on both ends.
