On Thursday May 19, Oklahoma lawmakers passed a bill that would make all abortions within the state a felony offense for the doctors performing them. The bill was passed by a vote of 33-12.

Roe v. Wade is pretty darned settled and I don't think the current makeup of the Supreme Court is likely to overturn it. I wonder what made them think they could make this move now.

Ok maybe some help on protected classes, I doubt we would go back to thst dark historical times in America. The federal over reach is getting to be a bit kingish.
