Not an issue as there is no one running who can do that. Going to take a monster third party candidate at some point to get it done. I doubt if I'll be around to see it.

My point about Trump, is that from reading many posts here and elsewhere, lots of people seem to believe that Trump will just fire everybody that's not on board with him, and will be able to clean up Washington. Washington doesn't work like his businesses or his reality show. And if his party doesn't support him, there's no way he gets anything done.

And to take it further, what makes anyone believe Trump will be the guy to change things and unite the country? He's struggling to unite his own party.

Just cause someone who you like says something, that does not make that statement correct and likewise for me to be fair. Every article published that says anything good about the conservative side is immediately downplayed by posters on here as right leaning or a homer. While the left can quote anyone under the sun and its suddenly the absolute truth. Do you now that the right can say and has said much worse about Obama and Hillary? Is it all truth or is it a lie? Thats my question to you.

I appreciate your take, I wonder if Michael Gerson quoted above acknowledges the numerous flaws in HRC and how someone who supports her supports a traitor of the US or if he has his blinders completely on.

The problem is that neither side really wants to work with the other side. That's why I expect it will be years, probably decades, before it happens and it will take a third party candidate to do it. Neither side can let the other side be successful, no matter how good it might be for the country.

Correct. Which is why it's funny when people claim voting third party is the same as voting for Hillary. They very well could be taking a vote away from Hillary just as easily.

Trump has been painted by the media and the left as a bigot/racist. That's just simply not true. If you don't like the guy because he has no political experience or speaks his mind and doesn't follow certain political "rules"...fine. If you dislike him because you think he "hates" women or "hates" people of minority then you are just misinformed and have fallen prey to the lies the media and left wing.
