Animal control will be out to retrieve those little guys. If that is in the area where I'm thinking then they need to be removed. Not safe for a lot of reasons! JMO...

April 14, 201610 yr Why do they need to be removed? The only reason would be is because a lot of students walk home from school in that area, and maybe the mother would get defensive if she has pups in the area.
