The writer has been published in all of those media outlets, yet he doesn't know the difference between Bill Kristol and Billy Crystal?

Bernies supporters, at least his younger ones not the Bernie supporters on here, DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING. They hear free this, free that and think thats my guy. They don't consider themselves liberals or anything like that. Honestly, they probably couldn't even tell you the difference between a liberal and a conservative. They hear Hillary getting bashed, rightfully so, from both Bernie and the GOP and think this lady really must suck (which she does). This is how completely misguided some of the young Bernie supporters are, I actually saw this tweet "I'm still Libertarian till I die, but this election I am Feeling The Bern." This election is complete disaster from both the GOP and the Dems.

From what I can tell a lot of young people love Bernie and hate Hillary.

How will they vote? Most young people do not vote. And the first xxxxx president is old news and not considered a novalty this go around.

Sanders indicated early that if he loses the nomination, he will fully support Mrs. Clinton. So the 66% figure should rise the closer we get to the November election.

Anyone care to speculate whether Trump or Cruz achieves 66% support from the loser's followers? I think the smart money would be on the "under" here.

Guys, the dems aren't as divided as the party of unification with the great unifier at the helm :lol2:

Come convention time all will line up to push Hillary in office.

Bernies supporters will not turn out to vote if he's not there, doesn't matter if he supports Clinton.

The Left is sweating this. They're afraid the Wicked Witch of the West may not win in the general if Bernie's folks don't turn out for her.

You keep thinking that if it gets you through.

But remember Trump is the great unifier, and he will bring Dems together to make sure he is not in the White House.

You keep thinking whatever you have to.

Hillary isn't offering free everything. Those that want free everything will not vote for anybody but the Bern. :walk:

I've been saying this for a few weeks a few different authors have written about it. Multiple exit polls and a couple random polls have shown the same thing. Around 30% of Bernie supporters , a large chunk of his youth supporters despise Hillary and won't vote for her.

What this means is the youth vote Barack inspired is not likely to show up come the fall. Can things change ? Sure polls in the spring aren't locked in. But this has been a consistent trend for awhile.

Actually there's already been a poll on this and it was released yesterday. Supporters of both are much more willing to follow the other candidate than Bernie supporters are of Hillary.

Post a link to the poll, please. I find it hard to believe that two-thirds of Trump supporters would switch to Cruz if Trump gets stiffed in Cleveland.

So take away 33% of Bernie's supporters, many of which staunch BGP righties say don't vote and know nothing, and then take away 50% of the republican electorate who won't vote for Big Donald. Hillary still wins, if we are going to play the game of this certain group won't vote.

Jeb Bush endorsed Ted Cruz. He is closer politically to Hillary than Cruz. Some establishment folks may vote for Hill...just saying.
