March 7, 201610 yr Doesn't matter who the OC is or how good of a DC the HC is. What matters is talent. Talent doesn't go to Illinois. Talent goes to OSU, UM, Mich State, Wisconsin, Penn State, Iowa. If he beats out IU, Nebraska, NW and Minn for talent, he's still 7th best in the league.
