doomer
Spring must be just around the corner. The plant I work at has a large front lawn, probably 8 acres, and every spring the migrating Geese hang out in the front. They just landed for the first time this morning. While I AM working....I can catch a glimpse out to watch all the Geese fights as they are sorting things out. Apparently two opposing flights landed in the same area. There are 16 in all. Usually they will have their babies here and stop traffic on Mercer road when they cross the street to Amazon where there is a drainage pond. oldgrappler
Do us all a favor. When the geese start fighting, hand them all loaded shotguns so there will be no survivors.

uk#1fan
Last year I came out of my work and one had its wings spread but was standing on top of somebodies car. I wish I would have got a picture of it.
doomer
Pooping aside...My neighboring cow pasture has a small lake which apparently is one of their flyway stops. So in fall and spring there is constant traffic, in/out, circling squawking over my property. I think they are beautiful creatures, and I enjoy hearing the wind in their wings as a flight swoops in low overhead.
