February 26, 201610 yr Best I can tell is the Victorino move was made prior to re-signing Fowler, but they are going to honor the offer. No risk move. He'll be extreme outfield depth in Iowa, with this being a minor league deal and incentive based.
March 1, 201610 yr Cubs have a ton of young talent but I don't think they have the pitching to be my preseason favorite from the NL, although I think they should win the NL Central if they stay healthy.

Yea I'm not confident in the aging arms of Lackey and Lester. I'm also not completely sold that Arrieta isn't a one year wonder. Guess I'm just used to the Cubs letting me down :lol2: I'm sure they'll trade for another Pitcher prior to the non-waiver trade deadline
