I'm in Jeffersonville at the moment, and there's about 3" on the ground here. It was closer to 4" in the Louisville Highlands.

 

Stopped snowing around 9:30/10:00. I haven't been on the expressway at all, but the city roads in Louisville were so-so around 11:30. They were still a little slick, and it was really sloppy between lanes.

The eyeball measurement looks like 3-4 in Germantown as well.
