Unable to attend, so listened. Sounded like the Polar Bears gave great effort. 3rd quarter was a killer with Paris out scoring BC by double figures. Hinson game planned well, but Coach Brooks made some solid adjustments. Crawford was a horse, but Hounds proved they are one of top dogs in the 10th.

Augusta Panthers' turn Weds to take on these multi-talented Hounds. Augusta must bring their A+ game to pull this one off. Brossart got to love the top bracket killing each other.

The region draw this year will be more important than any year I can remember.

The region is so even, I could see two district losers making it to the finals.

There could potentially be some really competitive district losers this year.

All that I saw tonight at the game was that Bracken couldn't guard their own shadows in this game.

Also the refs were awful in the first half tonight. Every call was going Bracken's way. So you could say that their was some "home cooking" going on tonight and Hinson was really bending the refs ears tonight when ever they were on his side of the floor.

Just getting home from the game and what I expected to happen happened! Crawford doesn't have much help and what supporting cast he has, didn't show up tonight! Hamilton nearly always a solid contributor struggled at the line tonight.

Paris's athletes too much plus they have a solid coach in Brooks!

Austin Crawford had 32 points & 12 rebounds to lead Bracken County.

Also unofficially.

It didn't look like he had that many. I am just surprised that he won't man up and shoot the ball when the game is on the line. He had plenty of chances to take the game over but he won't do it.

He has manned up and won plenty of games. Scored over half the team's points tonight and went over his own average. I'm not sure what more he's supposed to do?

Bracken trailed 17-11 after the 1st quarter, then had a strong 2nd quarter to lead 30-25 at intermission. That was impressive, considering Jacob Hamilton battled foul problems. I don't recall Hamilton playing at all in the 2nd quarter.

As others have said, Paris was just too strong in the 2nd half. The Hounds seemed to step it up defensively, and I think their depth played a factor in outscoring the Polar Bears by nearly 20 points in the 2nd half.

I'm not a big man by any stretch of your imagination, but that one feller for Paris looked like a grown man out there!

Sounded like Marcus Ashford had a heck of a 2nd half. He hit a slew of free throws in the final few minutes of the game. Haven't had a chance to see him this year, but I hope to watch him soon.

Crazy thing is, he has a late birthday and could be a junior. Kobe Garrard the beast

Paris (IMO) wasn't very crisp offensively tonight. They won the game with pure athleticism.

Congrats to BC's Austin Crawford for surpassing 2000 career points tonight.

I Picked Paris to win the tourney, but they have the hardest road to get there. This was step one tonight.

Wonder why they did not hold him back? Happens all the time

Crawford can play but he has no help...takes 25 shots for them to compete..he was getting some home cooking which is well deserved becuz of the talent he is...there is no way 1 man can beat 7 legit players that contribute. Great win in hostile environment by the Hounds...these kids aren't pups anymore they the Greyhounds. #ParisPride
