Doss 67 Taylor County 55

67-55 Doss....

I have officially given up on Taylor County. If you took Sloan and Goodin off the team, they would likely be winless.

wow

Why "wow"? I'm surprised it was this close. Doss lost a lot last year, but the cupboard wasn't bare. And they got a couple of transfers. They've had a couple of stumbles this year, as most young teams do. But they're good. They'll compete for their region.

The preseason No. 1 team in Kentucky is 7-7. That's a wow.

Could that preseason ranking have factored in the fact that the transfer would be able to play? I never bought into TC being #1 they lost 3 good players, and as mentioned take Goodin and Sloan off they would probably be winless

If Taylor County can ever get their transfer eligible, they can possibly get things back on track. Lack of length is hurting them.

I've said it all year, the Gatewood can't coach. He hasn't developed anyone at that school. He goes to schools and leeches off the talent there. When it gets down to people saying: "oh if a transfer comes in they will be back on track" you know it's bad. No crap lol if any school in the state was able to get a transfer that was good they also would be better. Play with the players you have and show you can somewhat compete without everyone else's players. They are terrible. I'm calling it now. They will lose in the semi finals of regions.

What in the world has happened to Taylor County? Thought for sure they'd be a strong candidate for the state title this season...

When you have 2 Mr. Basketball candidates on your team, you should be well above .500 at this point of the season. I am gonna have to go with Soccerrocks and agree that a lot of this should be put on poor coaching.

Even if he doesn't have any talent for offense, defense should be able to at least stop somebody you would think.

I haven't been following closely enough. Who isn't eligible. Not trying to start anything I have just missed it.

Oh, I remember the talk of him going, I just missed the news about not getting eligible. Is he a post offense/ rebounder?

That I am not aware of, I do think he has some length to him though.
