True. Jury's still out until the Bengals do something in the postseason, but 5 in a row while playing in a historically decent division is nothing to sneeze at.

Well no duh jury is still out lol. However just goes to show that making the playoffs is not easy. As disappointed as we are by lack of wins in playoffs. We have a team that has done something most franchises don't get a chance to experience.

 

However it sure would be nice to win playoff games with it lol.

Cowher without question. Mike Tomlin is incredibly average and that's being nice.

I was hoping for a more definitive answer. Haha but I wanted you to say Cowher after blasting him for playing Kordell Stewart. But Tomlins Super Bowl was largely with players that Cowher drafted.

I think we look back fondly at Cowher and overlook his faults and poor personnel decisions., and his poor seasons. Same for Tomlin. I have no idea who makes the final personnel decisions, maybe a combination of Tomlin, Butler, Colbert. Really once that decision is made, Tomlin has final say on who plays and who doesn't. He's made some incredibly poor decisions on that side of the ball. His game management stinks. He's a great motivator but he really can't get off the bandwagon of some guys that need to be in a lesser role. (Allen, Blake, etc.) I had hoped that Butler would be more into the input part, and I'm not sure he really is.

About that rematch? Haha

Frustrating and inexcusable loss. Everyone wants to blame coaches after losses, this one is all on the players.

 

No effort the entire 1st half. Looked like we were already in the playoffs and just going through the motions in a preseason game. Just mind-boggling how they beat Cincy and Denver previous two games and looked like this.

Chuck Noll the greatest Steelers coach ever. Built a destroyed franchise into a Super Bowl winner in era surrounded by Don Shula Dolphins, John Madden Raiders and Paul Brown Bengals. Noll coached a bad team into legend status in his years.

I hope you are right, but I have serious doubts. Bills have nothing to play for. Rex Ryan is worst NFL coach going. Not much hope.
