I can't help but look at this and think this fella is clearly beginning to get what he deserves.

Shkreli, CEO Reviled for Drug Price Gouging, Arrested on Securities Fraud Charges

Martin Shkreli, the boyish drug company entrepreneur, who rocketed to infamy by jacking up the price of a life-saving pill from $13.50 to $750, was arrested by federal agents at his Manhattan home early Thursday morning on securities fraud related to a firm he founded.

Shkreli, 32, ignited a firestorm over drug prices in September and became a symbol of defiant greed. The federal case against him has nothing to do with pharmaceutical costs, however. Prosecutors in Brooklyn charged him with illegally taking stock from Retrophin Inc., a biotechnology firm he started in 2011, and using it to pay off debts from unrelated business dealings. He was later ousted from the company, where he’d been chief executive officer, and sued by its board.

Hope this guy does "Hard" time some where...just saying.

I don't enjoy seeing other suffer, but this guy is really hard to like. I saw him interviewed and could not believe what a jerk he was. He does not WANT to go to prison...the boys there would have some fun with him...

Securities fraud…worst case scenario he gets tennis elbow

I know but we can only hope...

I just wish more people who engage in blatant greed would get similar come-uppances.

Its kind of ridiculous how people are "cheering" and "excited" that this guy is in jail. Yeah, he's selfish. I still don't get how you can wish "hard" time on anybody. He is human like you and me, too.

What goes around comes around.

Because he's a piece of trash. He hurt a lot of people by raising the price of that drug.

And it certainly seemed like he did it for fun and publicity too. Guy has some problems.

He's out of jail. Paid his $5 million bond.

Maybe he'll join the affluenza boy and mom out of the country.

As I said before, I don't enjoy other people's suffering, but this guy is VERY unlikeable. He not only raised the cost of a drug to a crazy level, he gloated about it. It is not surprising that he is involved in illegal stuff...there is a picture of this guy in the dictionary next to the word "GREED"...
