I have also just scanned this thread, but this last question is a good one to me. If I remember right, he didn't get playing time his first couple years because he couldn't grasp the offense. I might have gotten bad info at the time, but if this is the case, I could see coaches not wanting to take a chance for 1 season.

 

I don't recall his not being able to grasp the offense being a factor at all in his playing time.

Seriously? Hahahaha! Yeah, we all knew that wasn't happening after being benched to see how Barer would perform against Charlotte. Again, hahahaha! Can't wait to see who my new college football team is next season. At least for one season anyway. Will always follow Ky though.

Buddy of mine that follows college football much more closely than I is guessing Pat ends up at Colorado State.

Matt Jones says he thinks PT will announce by this weekend. Thinks it's between Duke and Boston College.

Of the two, I'd select Duke because of David Cutcliffe. Lots of elite guys going to work out with/for him in the off season.

Boston College is more palatable to KY voters if PT has future political aspirations.
