I appreciate BE being ranked no.1 in the region, but I think they are basing it too much on last season. I would personally rank it: 1. Boyle County 2. Lou. Central 3. Bullitt East 4. Southwestern 5. North Bullitt

Out of their minds. Pick Louisville Holy Cross over Danville, and Bardstown not even in top 5 of Class A Region 2? Oh well, we've had this same chip on our shoulder before . . .

 

Hearsay, I agree with you 100 percent on this messed up region. I dont know much about Bardstown but i do know that Danville is returning a signifigant amount of talent back to both sides of the ball. However about Bardstown, i dont see how a state semi-final caliber team can drop completely out of the picture?

I cant find the 2006 CatsPause magazine anywhere. I've been to Wal-Mart, Kroger, etc..nowhere. Is the actual magazine even out yet, or were those rankings found through the CatsPause webpage?! Thanks for any help!

If you can't find it at any stores, I suggest ordering from the website.

Looking at the rankings, what a bunch of bunk. Where is Bardstown? Bullitt East ahead of both Boyle and Central? Warren Central third in their region?

 

I can't wait for the BGP rankings. Surely they have some of these teams where they are supposed to be. Anyone?

Good to see Harlan getting some respect in Class A, Region 4. Coach JB Donahue always fields a competitive team and usually over-achieves with the talent he has to work with. Double digit seniors this year will help.

Much of their rankings are based on last season. BE did win the region last year, beathing both of those teams. It's not like BE is a bunch of stiffs, but I think BE should be slightly behind those teams going into this year.

Is the RB back from last year, I believe his name is Cory Rakes? He's a heck of a runner and hits the hole like no one else. Good luck to Bullitt East this season.

Bullit East does return alot from a team that gave Boyle Co. a very good game last year.

 

Whether or not that is enough to beat Boyle this year we'll just have to wait and see.
