Are they not going to play South Laurel in the Ft Harrod Bowl this year? You only have 9 games, so I am assuming that this is the one you are missing. I think it is on August 27th (Sat).

How is that for a schedule? A Tennessee Powerhouse followed closely by 3 of Kentucky's finest 4A powers and then....we get a shot at the playoffs!

 

Well, at least we don't have to go on any vacations to play other teams away.

Maybe you'll know this Gr8BigBull; how are the numbers looking this year? Usually a schedule like this means a pretty worn out team after a few weeks. I'd love to see some depth for Manual, especially when they are at such a reloading point.

Interesting how the big privates down in TN are starting to schedule teams from Louisville and Lexington with such frequency. I wonder how much Trinity-MBA had to do with that.

Peprock, you know where a post like that is going to get you? Anyway, Manual searched the state over for a suitable replacement to fill the spot that Shawnee stepped in for last season. Not very many consider playing much less making a two year commitment would mean playing Male next season. I believe that Brentwood Academy is only committed to this year's Bowl appearance.

 

ram2003 - The numbers look good at this point with a few younger players stepping up nicely. Should be interesting toward the middle part of the season to see how much the younger guys can improve. Looking at the schedule we know we will need to see ALOT of improvement to have a chance of making the playoffs.

 

For xtiger69 - after the first part of that schedule, don't you think we deserve a bye? I don't care who the upcoming opponent should be. I really don't think that St. X played as much into it as you might want to project!
