November 5, 201510 yr The real problem was the same problem at Notre Dame under Weiss. Hoke recruited high profile skill positions and some on the line. But never built depth on the interior. Actually it's just the opposite up north. Hoke built recruiting classes on lineman, at least offensively. Thus other than a cornerback playing offense they have no threats on the edge to make people respect the run, and no QB to get it to them anyhow. Bad combo. Jimmy needs to find a QB and some speed.

February 1, 201610 yr Continue to see stories where UM (and Harbaugh) have pulled offers from guys with verbals as he continues to try stealing other teams verbals. I still wish these guys would back off guys that have given verbals. These UM guys were verbals for long periods of time, most likely avoiding other coaches only to find out they need a new home.
