Jameis Winston's Rookie Season

Featured Replies

So Bortles turned it down? I was hoping he wasn't passed on because he had a hell of a season.

Just think if he didn't stink it up in a few first halves. GTP

Most frustrating thing to watch. Basically the first half he'd be 5/11 with 73 yards. He'd finish at 23/35 with 322 yards and 3 TDs. Mark Burnell compared him to Brett Favre in a way. When he is off, he seems like a 7th round pick trying to lead a team, but when hes on, he can carry a team to victory, gunslinger mentality. Inconsistency, but he's also in his second year. Next year I expect even better things from him.

Jameis is working out with Tim Grover. He has lost about 20 pounds.

Said he looks like a DB.

I love what I am hearing about Jameis and I can't wait to see swamprat's Bucs play this year. @swamprat

Great news, maybe he's realized he's the face of an entire franchise. It will be interesting to see who rises to the top of the QB rankings. We are in the midst of a transition, tons of aging stars and what seems like a solid bunch of youth.
