Congratulations to West Carter on winning the District and hosting a playoff game for the 1st time.

I'll be there to watch the Comets roll in this one. Rooting for the other Carter County team all the way!

Good luck to the Comets in their first ever home playoff game.

West will have no trouble with SC. SC is way down and pretty bad. If the Burchett kid can play he may have a couple of long runs as West was not a great tackling team the games I saw them, but the QB from West is way to athletic and will have several highlight runs.

 

Congrats to the kids from Olive Hill. They deserved to win the district and get a couple of home playoff games.

West will be the favorite, will give my objective analysis in a day or two after further study and research.

West Carter will put up a running clock in the second half.

Congrats to West Carter on a fantastic season, perhaps best ever at the school, and what will likely be the first playoff victory for their program. Hopefully Lewis can find a way to notch our first playoff win here soon in the next couple seasons.

West by 3+ TD's.........SC is down. Offensively they run a lot of different sets which tells me they are searching and can't find one offense to run effectively. Defensively their safety has the most tackles on the team, which usually spells trouble at the high school level. West still has to show up and make plays. A bunch of turnovers and it's anyone's game.
