Again, immature comments about an entire community. I'm sure your comments don't represent the good , hardworking people of the Raceland/Worthington area. If you did ever have a valid point to make readers couldn't take it seriously because of several comments like those. I have not and will never say anything disparaging about the Raceland community. Yes sir, I was really just saying that I know what farm life is all about. I've went days without sleep running a farm. Back in the Tobacco days, when the weather was right in the summer, I had take advantage of every dry moment possible to get it in the ground, cultivate, chop weeds, break tops, spray for suckers, drop sticks, cut, and put it in the barn. Then it the fall I had to take advantage of the damp days when it "came in case" to book it our of the barn, then strip it and transport it to market.

All of this on top of yes, slopping a few hogs and milking a cow. Never had to milk a goat though. Done all if this on top of going to school and playing ball. Then did all a of this after I graduated, as well as working 2 jobs and coaching a baseball team in the summer. I only coached because I was asked by a neighbor to do it and they knew I was good with children, so I ended up staying with the kids 8 years until they were in high school ball.

Oh don't worry, cometman and the other one have one objective. Both jump on a Raceland thread and do their best to hi jack it. Look at some's amount of comments and threads started on the team they claim to be a fan of / part of compared to their post on others (particular Raceland and East C. threads). That's frankly an old BGP trick used by many thru the years on here. They try to stir up people or imo in this case Teams / Schools they don't like and/or know they can't match. As a matter of fact it's so old that everyone got bored with it and stopped doing it............... Been there, done that and don't want the t-shirt :lol2:.

I have a 17 1/2 year investment in a Ram and he seems to have a completely different attitude than he has had the last 2 weeks. This team will be ready Friday night. They're not gonna let themselves be embarrassed again this week.

I certainly hope that you're right. We haven't seen this team play "Ram Football" for around a month now.

BTW RT .... How are the Rams "M.A.S.H." injured unit this week ? All teams are banged up to some point this time of the season but it seems this has been a season with more than our share. The Rams have to go anyway ... it's next man up, no excuses.
