Story still hasn't changed. Head to head is a tie breaker even though you said "no where in the rules does it refer back to head to head for a three team tiebreaker." As unlikely as it is it could come down to that.

It could come back to head to head. If they both finish with the same number of points from opponents wins. I guess you interpret that differently.
