Uh-oh....

And before anyone goes there, what reason would he have to lie about it if it weren't true?

I think it's more of...you tell us the truth or you aren't playing at OSU this season.

We don't know what he did or didn't say. "Confirmed the gist" means nothing to me.

Very much looking forward to what the NCAA finds.

To me it says, "she ain't lying"....

This could be the smoking gun. This could be all she wrote for Pitino and Louisvile

To me it says, "she ain't lying"....

About what? Which particular parts? That she provided women? That Rick Pitino knew about it? That McGee was the one paying?

There's a lot at play here and what connections are made will determine the ultimate penalty for Louisville.

Wireman - just said confirms the GIST - that doesn't mean everything is true.

I think everyone knows Girls stripped and gave up the goods for players.

See the NCAA holds the advantage for those that are still playing in the NCAA - They control playing.

Louisville is in serious trouble. The extent of the trouble just depends on what else the investigation reveals.

To me it says, "she ain't lying"....

She isn't lying about sex and stripping - I would say she is lying the intent. I think it was 3-4 guys that liked getting sex from freaky girls.\

Recruits happened to be around and they got the show as well.

The way this is written gave me a good laugh:

"I took Rod-Ni, TooTall, Jazmine and Shay, who calls herself Sammi," Powell wrote in a journal entry. "TooTall made $100, Shay made $100, and Jazzy made nothing because she did absolutely nothing."

We don't know what he did or didn't say. "Confirmed the gist" means nothing to me.

To me it means OSU had more talented escorts.

There will be others that also confirm. Ask Bill Cosby how it works.

The author of the book said the lady had a bag full of journals. Said he is 100% sure she is telling the truth.

This is from KSR and it's a classic.

Remember that time Rick Pitino took his Boston basketball team to the strip club?

The Courier-Journal’s Tim Sullivan does. He reminded everyone of that alleged trip from a 25-year old book, “Raw Recruits.”

According to the 1990 book written by Alexander Wolff and Armen Keteyian, Pitino’s Boston University team made at least one unscheduled stop following a road game for adult entertainment.

“After one upset victory at Rhode Island,” the book says, “Pitino was so juiced he ordered the team bus to stop at a strip joint on the way back to campus. There he led his players in wolf whistles, even disbursing dollar bills so they could stuff them into the dancers’ G-strings.” [Courier-Journal]

Louisville spokesman Kenny Klein, after speaking to Pitino, said yesterday, “It never happened. The team walked in to get food, thinking it was a restaurant. They found out it wasn’t and walked out.”

Yeah, okay. Because it’s so hard to identify a strip club
