OSU Freshman JaQuan Lyle Tells NCAA Katina Powell's Story is True

One interesting note in this new story is that is specifically says that McGee was not present.

He never was though. He set it up for others.

Don't rush to judgment. Remember how Chris Jones was villified when the allegations about him first came out in the press and social media? They were proven to be false. Not saying that this is not bad for UL but let the investigation play out and see where we are at that time. I'm sure all affected parties at UL are lawyered up to the max. That can make a difference.

Ok, what does this story say exactly? What I take from it is that he was there with some chicks, and maybe he had sex with them, though it doesn't exactly say that in the article. So, a basketball player was with some chicks and maybe had sex with one/some of them? Well color me shocked (dripping with sarcasm).

No way, in my opinion, the kid knew they were paid to be there (if they were paid) nor how much. So, we are right back to square one. Basketball player was with some chicks and (probably) had sex. If that's a scandal then they better shut down EVERY college basketball program in the country. I personally don't think this story helps or hurts either side.

Now, with all that said, this doesn't mean something bad wasn't happening and stuff was going on that shouldn't that involved the UofL basketball program in some fashion. I just don't think this story does much by itself to further conclude anything.
