November 2, 201510 yr I thought the same thing. Crazy.... There are dudes out there making a living off fantasy sports. This is the reason I don't play many multiple entry games.

Each state will eventually decide if they allow it to take place? Kind of like Nevada and other states having casinos? How does this differ from online poker which was banned federally?

I assume this will get more interesting if federal courts get involved.

Could this be what leads to the legalization of gambling everywhere?

I don't think Congress can agree that the sun is bright, let alone on something controversial. :lol2: But, I think the way the leagues have embraced daily fantasy like they have could dent their armor when it comes to opposing legalized gambling. It's made gambling appear much more mainstream than it has in the past. Probably the best that could ever be hoped for is that the federal law is re-written to allow each state to decide. And Kentucky would probably state A1 to ban it. :lol2:
