Paris had a lopsided win last week but this week may be more of a challenge. Bracken County has two wins on the year and has been competitive in games against Ludlow and undefeated Harlan. With 3 easy wins in a row, could Paris overlook Bracken County? Can Bracken County hang close with Paris and make this a game? Could they even post a big upset? What are the matchups to watch in this one?

I hope it is a good game and hope Bracken wins, but I think Paris will be too much. The

Greyhounds likely win big IMO.

Im going to refrain from voting in this one. :lol2: Our boys know what they are up against Thursday night, but they wont just roll over eithier. I think the final score may surprise a few on here, and I know that vague, but thats the best i can do. If we can figure out a way to slow down the Hounds then who knows.

Not even close. I just looked through the 1st week's scores and saw a 60-6 score.

 

I'm not saying Bracken will win ( not saying they'll lose either. You want my pick, tune in Thursday night to our show on PCRO Radio | Classic Rock), but they won't lose by 54.

This game was moved up a day to Thursday night due to Fall Break at Bracken. So this may be the only High School game Thursday night in the state of KY. Might as well tune in if you cant make it to Brooksville.

I hope the Hounds continue to keep it rolling.

Will not be a contest. I realize district schedules are set and non-district is done way in advance, but outside of Frankfort (who lost Washington) Paris has a very weak schedule. The hounds are very talented and the success of this season is well deserved, but the lack of competition could prove costly as early as round 2 in the playoffs IMO

Paris has too much speed, if Bracken is able to control the clock they will be able to keep it from getting ugly, but too many weapons for the hounds. Paris schedule has been extremely weak, they will beat the teams in the playoffs that they simply can out run, they are not good enough up front to make a long run in the playoffs.

I think Bracken will turn some heads. Their record really does not indicate how well this team is playing. They are massive up front and may cause some trouble for Paris in the running game. Had a great overall effort against Dayton last week with several sacks and 5 interceptions. With the feild conditions not being optimal it may just slow the Greyhounds up just enough to make this game interesting.

Not saying Bracken wins, but I think it will be closer than people think.
