September 28, 201510 yr That was when your all world QB was 29. Now that he is 38, its a different story. More recent history suggests otherwise. No, it doesn't suggest otherwise. They've been in the undefeated situation 1 time, not multiple times, and they went for it. You may be correct, but again, the history you are referencing is not the equivalent.
September 28, 201510 yr With a schedule that easy, they probably won't lose. Didn't realize that's what they had in front of them.Dallas would have been a tough one, but without Romo and Dez, no shot. @ NY Giants will be a challenge. I could also see the second @ Jets game being one that may get them.
September 28, 201510 yr When Belichick runs scores up like this leaving Brady in the game, I will laugh the day he gets his knee blown up late in the 4th qtr after being up by 40.
September 28, 201510 yr If you dont think this Pats team will do this to every team this year you are crazy. The Jags D is no push over whatever the media may have you believe. The Pats offense is scary good right now. They made the Bills defense looks like garbage. They will not score 51 points a game.
September 28, 201510 yr I've said for year that the Pat's have the best Offensive Game Plan week in and week out of any team. Brady is constantly throwing to wide open receivers. Until they get in the Red Zone I'd bet well over half of his completions come to receivers that don't have a defender within 3 yards (which in the NFL is wide open). They seem to be more prepared for the defense each week than any other team and are able to find the open spots in each defensive alignment better than anyone else. The only way to beat them is to get constant quick pressure on Brady series after series...if you don't he'll dump the ball into the defensive holes to wide open receivers and they will march up and down the field all day.
September 28, 201510 yr ^It amazes me how a guy Gronk's size can consistently be getting down the field with no one near him. How does an entire defense lose a guy as massive as he is?
September 28, 201510 yr Brady's on a mission and it's not stopping. When all said and done, I could see his numbers this season being similar to the year they went undefeated in the regular season. Agree, would not be a surprise although I'm not sure what he has at WR to help him out.
September 28, 201510 yr ^It amazes me how a guy Gronk's size can consistently be getting down the field with no one near him. How does an entire defense lose a guy as massive as he is?:lol2: with him it doesn't matter if he's covered or not...he is a beast and just beats others to the ball. If he stays healthy he will go down as the best TE in history.
September 28, 201510 yr The remaining schedule for NE... Bye @ Dallas @ Indy NY Jets Miami Washington @ NY Giants Buffalo @ Denver Philadelphia @ Houston Tennessee @ NY Jets @ Miami Who realistically is going to beat them out of that group? Maybe @Denver? How cool would it be for them to be 15-0 with their last game AT MIAMI! That place would be jacked up. That schedule is not brutal but I think they lose 2 games or so. Just too hard to go through a season undefeated. At Denver, at Indy, at NYJ, at Miami and at NYG are all potential losses.
