Oregon lost to a good team on the road. Same as MSU did last year. Nothing more than that.

 

The B10 is more like the B2 and a bunch of JV teams waiting to get beaten by A&M in a bowl game.

I know I am going to catch a ton of crap for this, but the polls drive me nuts. No way does Ohio State look like the best team in the country right now at this point. The weird thing is that I am totally cool with them being in the top spot, but I don't think that today, judging by their body of work, that they are the best team. I just think it is weird that it isn't on body of work, bet kind of on last year, how good they SHOULD be, and reputation.

 

I am a Florida State fan and the same thing happened last year until about week 5. FSU kept winning, yet they won ugly and slipped in the rankings. If tOSU has another ugly win, could they slip in the rankings?

Had Vandy beaten Stanford it would be proof how deep the SEC is. You guys simply cannot have it both ways.

I think you missed my point. I was just saying that because a big 10 team beats an sec team that won the sec championship or their division, does not mean that said team are the SEC champs or SEC east champs.

 

Those things have been mentioned over and over on here. I get it, its to rile people up, that doesn't bother me. But the truth is that OSU is the defending national champs and Indiana did not win the sec east due to the fact they won one game against an sec team

 

OSU has it figured out, I'll give them that. But the rest of the big10 has been consistently mediocre for the past several years.

In my opinion, overall talent level in college is down this season. I've only seen one guy that is a threat to be a difference maker in the NFL and he's in the SEC running over dudes in the bayou.

Bama won't be top 5 as long as Kiffin is there. Dumbest thing Saban ever did.
