Understandable, Sandman...that's the direction this thread has gone. We just need to be clear that this is a game thread, and not a "fans at the game" thread, etc.

Look at tha accusations fly , who was screaming at high school kids ?? I'd rather scream at those adult fans who thought they had the game locked in and got their feelings hurt

So you're saying that the HC fans and not the student section didn't interact with the Scott fans in a way that could be seen as offensive??

why would Scott try passing the ball twice when it was 2nd & 5 with the lead and 4 minutes left in the game. It all turned out but that seems crazy.

There was some questionable play calling down the stretch and terrible clock management by Scott on one play he threw a hitch and go with minutes left in the game ??

Yeah they didn't ask me neither. I was just wearing blue and got charged 6$ and the fans behind me were wearing HC shirts and got charged 5$ , coincidence??

I am not worried about the "argument" anymore, I understand some people are worked up about me saying its okay to cheer at the other teams student section, and I can see why anybody thought I was in the wrong, but I am 99.9 percent sure I am much younger than most on this thread, so high school students and I do not have much of an age difference at all, and you can see that in my "about" on my profile, so I guess I just see the game and cheering differently at this stage....But I'm sorry to the Scott fans who say they weren't cheering at the student section, my comments saying its okay too might have made it seem like Scott fans were....but overall I'm done with arguing.

Holy Cross Hall of Fame member Pat Taney was honored before the game with a moment of silence. The long-term supporter, fan and pillar of Holy Cross passed away last night. I heard that his wife, Mary Gayle, was at the game tonight. Now that is the definition of fans.

I missed the game last night because of work. Pat and Mary Gayle were my neighbors and friends for 10 years. I am really sad to hear he passed away.

I will call out the Scott side..as a Scott alumni, I was very dissappointed in the way the parents acted. My wife, a Holy Cross alumni actually left and went to sit in the Holy Cross section because of they way they were acting. In no way is it appropriate to direct anything to the student section of the opposing school. Cheer for the team, yell at the refs, its all good....also, Scott was killing themselves with dumb mistakes, penalties, and turnovers...only after they stopped the dumb plays did they start to control the game.

don't call all Scott parents/fans out! Some sitting on the Scott side were there just watching and cheering the team on!

Why in the world doesn't Deondre Pleasant play more offensive snaps? He is Scotts most dynamic player and best RB.

I've been saying this for 2 years now. Pleasant is an animal... NKY Beast Mode.

Let's hope he does now that he is healthy, he runs really hard!

Scott should have put up 70 for being charged more at the gate. Give them their monies worth!
