Adults are at a game to cheer on there team just like the student section is, I see no problem with them going at the student section. But thats just how I feel.

Who's talking football?? Here's the best way I can put it , it was ok to be jovial and cheer and taunt when they were up 13 . But believe me when the tide turns and they are down 9 the Scott fans are getting carried away. If you can't take the heat then get out of the kitchen!!

Adults do not need to engage or cheer at high school cheering sections. Sounds like you had the problem with the heat, if you feel the need to shout at high school kids.

Size doesn't matter, well in this case it doesn't.

 

Trust me a majority of the kids who go to Scott grew in a much higher income bracket than the kids playing for HC. For the fans on the hill to claim arrogance is kind of comical.

In my experience, the parents and kids that go to private school think they are better than those who do not, regardless of income.

I don't know what part of the KY you are from but HC or NCC I wouldn't put in that category.

The only person who "called out" the Scott side was a neutral party who is a Lloyd grad.

I have never had a ticket person ask which team I was supporting.

 

It's not hard for them to know who I support when I approach. :lol2:

Just so we are clear. I'm not a fan of either side. I simply posted what I witnessed from the Scott fans that didn't act like adults as they took control of the game. The kids cheered on their team and didn't bother to engage as the adults were chanting at the HC student section. Hats of to them...

bottom line is, it was a good game and Scott didn't quit when they have in past years. Big step in right direction!

It is amazing that some on here think that it is/was ok for adults to yell and cheer AT high school kids!!

 

What at do they do high five each other in the stands and say, "did you hear what I said to that 14 year old girl? I told her!"
