September 16, 201511 yr How do you figure the gross weight vs. the net weight in a deer? Has nothing to do with weight. It's inches of antler. Gross is total inches. Net is Gross inches minus any deductions. This deer had what appears to be very few deductions. In other words it was very symmetrical.
