Did NL schedule weak? Or, did it just happen that way: Mason is normally a strong program, but is down this season. Harlan County has been a good opponent over the years and Perry County Central has had some better seasons.

Whitley Co could be a good game.

It's going to be really interesting if NL is 8-0 when the Father Son game occurs, things would be really tense in the Larkey family.

Agreed. There are some exceptions to the norm but it is hard to predict how good a team will be when you schedule them.

Wow, it's hard to find a weaker schedule then that. They should be 10-0 going into the playoff's but how well will they be prepared come playoff time, that is the question.

I could see them finishing 10-0 and then being a multiple touchdown underdog in the second round of the playoffs.

I think that it's a combination of the two. There were a couple of teams in the area that checked with them about playing that would have beefed up their schedule a little, but for whatever reason, they were not really interested.
