CAL had the lead in the 3rd qtr. 23 to 22 then SK scores 14 in the 3rd and 14 in the 4th. It is not how you start it is how you finish the game. SK finished the game strong.

 

If SK is as great as you want us all to think (and I do think they have a solid team), they shouldn't have faced a 2nd half deficit to CAL.

1) I don't think I mentioned Dixie anywhere in my post. Because you can't refute my post, you go to attacking my team.

2) Did you say scrimmage? Phew, for a second I was worried that game counted...

3) I don't think it's any secret Dixie has some stuff to figure out with the graduation of so many players last year.

You are correct, to many mental mistakes led to big plays for CAL. Those will be addressed, all will benefit from it, and SK will be a better team because of it. With that said I don't think you have any idea of the talent CAL has. While their numbers are in the 30s or 40s they have very good size and speed. Couple that with the fact they are well coached and you have a dangerous small school team.

There are several good teams in NKY this year. Last I checked there are 10 weeks left in the regular season. Everything will sort itself out. No need to be so negative towards other teams. Really? You're half right. CAL looked tired. Not sure that means SK was lucky. To me, it means we were better prepared and had more depth, as you'd expect.
