I don't have mine...yet, but like you...I'd love to know the extent of the penalties for some of these places that do have that "law".

Schools, jails and such can be pretty hairy. If a bar an under .08 it can be a class a misdemeanor but if you were not causing any other trouble, you could probably plea down to something pretty minor.

Unless the area is listed by the government as a "gun free zone", nothing! As has been mentioned, in KY, you can carry, as that little sign doesn't hold the weight of the law. If the police show up and tell you that the place wants you to leave and you refuse, then it's a trespassing charge, not a firearms charge. If the theater doesn't see your firearm, they won't be able to ask you to leave because of a gun
