He's 16 already? Will he be eligible to play any sports by the time he a Senior?

Heard his birthday was this past week. I don't know what KHSAA's rules are on that. Maybe you could enlighten us.

Then he's golden. Deadline is 19 before August 1st. It's bylaw 2. Don't be lazy, google is your friend. How's that for enlightenment?

I was unaware of the ways of the google, the enlightenment was freeing… :)

You obviously had your feelings hurt by Craig Ratliff. Your personal attacks against him are very childish. I don't know of too many people that can get hired as a math teacher in high school without having a degree. It's time to let it go.
Do you realize he was employed as a teacher at PHS without even being certified for several years? Of course you don't. He had political connections through his in law to even get hired, and it took him forever just to get certified. That's the whole jest of everything I am saying. You don't even know him, but it appears you would rather throw a cheap shot at someone who knows exactly what they are talking about than doing a little research of your own to see if what I say is valid or not.

Just a little advise that is not going to cost you a dime. Don't bring a butterknife to a fight when your opponent is carrying an AK47.

Bottom line here is that Paul Blazer sold the farm to get their head coach. Good for them.

This thread has went from depressing to down right comical. I'm glad I could help out a little lol, reading this yesterday I figured I'd try to add a little humor to the negativity, seems like it caught on with spindoc leading the charge lol. Appreciate the help spindoc.

Again I have to assume you have an agenda and don't know as much as you think you do. How could Ashland have sold the farm when there isn't any farmland in Ashland? I have seen some gardens though.

Yes. I've also heard that his son may be the best QB on the roster. He's a Freshman.

This may be the only thing I have learned from reading this entire thread, everything else seems to be opinionated. I had read where a qb had transfered to Ashland from paintsville but no one mentioned who it was. Now I know something that appears to be factual.

So he did get certified, yet here you are still throwing insults his way, and belittling him. He doesn't take a psychiatrist to realize it's personal with you. I'll throw a little advice back at you.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

And humor you did add. Oh wait just a second, that's what I am assuming what you tried to add in your serious attempt to add something intellectual to the Jim Matney discussion, and not this one. I will say you sure were impressive by your vast knowledge of anything and everything involving him and JCHS.lol

You strike me as the type of guy who anxiously awaits each day to hear the spun story from Josh Earnest about the previous days exploits of Barak Obama if you were impressed with the humorous revelations that offer zero substance to the discussion by Hillary's right hand man, spindoc.

By the way, Barack Obama is the President of the United States and Josh Earnest is his Press Secretary.

Do unto others.....hmmm

Now that's probably what every kid that didn't carry his last name would have liked to have been awarded while he coached his own "unbiasedly." And no, I don't have a kid of my own, before you come back with that. It was blatantly obvious. Pick up the phone and call one of your "other" Paintsville comrades, beside me, if you think I am exaggerating.

Again Reverend, perhaps a little of your own research would carry a distinct revolution of to what you are really getting here. Again, don't throw stones at someone else when you don't have the first clue about what you are dealing with.lol

You are certainly an odd duck. You obviously are not a fan of Ashland, you seem to be from the Paintsville area, along with Lemaster and family. Yet you are more upset than anyone else that he is no longer in the Paintsville area and is now coaching Ashland. I really just don't get it, you should be happy, not angry. If you don't chill out a little you'll have an ulcer before you know it.

I think you all refer to it as Central Park.

Nope, the city owns it, not the school system. It's a nice park in the middle of town though, you should come visit and relax a little.
