Is there a way to turn off the post quote notifications?

Go to Account - general settings. Should be somewhere there.

I get an error page when I click on User Tagging -> Settings.

I could get to the page but after making selections and hitting save that's when mine shows up.

I dont even have the user Tagging option on the left in my settings screen.

What browser is everyone using?

So can I turn off the thing where it emails me? That's the only thing I dislike.
