July 8, 201511 yr My grill is shot. Looking for a new one. have looked at stuff at Wal-Mart, Lowes, Sears, etc. around the $250-300 range. That's about as high as I want to go price wise. And recommendations? Went to Sears yesterday and they had one for about $270...3 burner with a "sear" plate on the far right side of the grill. I had never seen one like this. Salesman said it gets really hot and will sear the meat first, then you put it over the flame portion of the gill to finish cooking...or I guess you can cook on it as well if you want. Anyone have experience with this? Sears.com Wal-Mart has 4 and 5, even 6 burner options. Better Homes and Gardens 4-Burner Gas Grill, Stainless Steel - Walmart.com Char-Broil Convective 6-Burner Grill, Stainless Steel/Black - Walmart.com How about the "infra-red" grills? I have heard you either love them or hate them...but either way there is a lot more cleanup because of the design of the heat diffusers. Anyone have on of those? Any other options out there I might have missed? Looking to keep it gas fro grilling...might do something with a smoker later.
July 8, 201511 yr Dyna-Glo 15,000 BTU 5-Burner LP Propane Gas Grill-DGF510SSP - The Home Depot Tells me it isn't available in Florence and it doesn't give a price that I can see.
July 8, 201511 yr I am in the market for a new grill too. Amazing, the best grill I ever owned was a $70 propane grill from HH Gregg. I kept it under cover which probably explains why it lasted so long but either way I feel most grills are grossly over priced. I am looking for something built solid but on the smaller side so I am all ears in this thread too.
July 8, 201511 yr Have you tried the SEARS Outlet in Florence? A lot of times they will have "scratch and dent" for a nice discounted price.
July 8, 201511 yr Dyna-Glo 15,000 BTU 5-Burner LP Propane Gas Grill-DGF510SSP - The Home Depot I just bought a Dyna-Glo 2 burner for the wife and I. Decent size considering only having 2 burners and easy to break down for storage. Assembly wasn't that bad either. And there is nothing that re-validates your "Man Card" more than buying a grill on your off day for Independence Day, listening to sport's talk radio while you build it, drinking a beer, then throwing some ribs on it that night. That man is doing work!

July 8, 201511 yr Ive had my grill for 10 years. Its been used and abused, still works like a charm. It was a Uniflame model.

We ended up getting a new refrigerator from there (actually the one up in Cincinnati). And by new, I mean brand spanking new...no scratches, no dents, nothing. Apparently they simply had overstock that they wanted to get rid of. We saved some serious cash there! Definitely worth a 5 minute stop to at least walk the floor and see what they have.
July 8, 201511 yr Tells me it isn't available in Florence and it doesn't give a price that I can see. It's in the flyer for HD in Cold Springs for $199
July 8, 201511 yr Where is the Sears outlet? Houston Road (Florence) in front of Home Depot and Meijer.

No need for a grill the size of a compact car with 2,3,4 burners......are you cooking for the whole neighborhood or what?
