I watched the video as well. After licking the donuts and talking her make out buddy into doing the same. The donut girl walks back up and shows her more donuts. She looks at her and cusses at her and turns to her buddy to reference how stupid the girl was and than expressed the same feelings for the rest of America. That was how I took it.
