PP1
Waiting on the rain delay. I honestly don't know what is more boring, the weather radar or women's soccer. They are being shown side by side on the scoreboard.

Love being in the stadium and watching live but tried to watch Mets and Cubs tonight it was horrible.

I left and when I got home the power went out. I woke up this morning to check the score. I'm glad I left.

nkuclubbaseball19
I'd bet a fair amount of money that the delay went as long as it did due to the women's game. It wasn't raining and there was no more rain in the forecast but yet the delay was announced early on to be ending right after the scheduled end of the soccer game. On top of that they waited to pull the tarp until 15-20 left in the soccer game, which is the amount of time it takes to get the field ready post tarp pull. It was delayed so people could watch the USA play.
THUNDERBIRDS
Waiting on the rain delay. I honestly don't know what is more boring, the weather radar or women's soccer. They are being shown side by side on the scoreboard. My wife texted me and said the same thing. She said she just doesn't get the Soccer thingy. Fortunately she was there for our son's little league Kid Glove night or she would of exited rather quickly.

I told the people I was with last night that both teams were probably in their clubhouses watching the match, and that they were simply waiting until it ended to start playing. I'm glad I left. I not only waited it out. I walked up and down the aisles carrying 40-50 lbs of product that I was trying to sell to people who weren't interested because they were annoyed about a rain delay lol. Trust me, I'd much rather have clear skies every single day. This was the 10th game out of 37-38 home games that there has been a rain delay, not even counting the games that the attendance has been lower because of the threat of rain. No one on this site is more annoyed by that than me. But unless they put up a retractable dome, just a problem that they can't exactly avoid. The Reds can't win. A few weeks ago people are mad that they don't call the game 2 hours before its supposed to start. Now they delay a game two hours and people are mad.
