June 26, 201511 yr Kennedy's decisions says the 14th Amendment allows same-sex couples to be married. Every dissenter filed their own opinion. And they are heated, if not unbecoming.
June 26, 201511 yr Good. Maybe they will make a better job of it than heterosexuals. Couldn't do much worse (although mcmama and I have been happily married for 36 years).

Polygamy may be next, and I don't have any issue with that either. Incest is one that there is a VERY strong social risk with as it has been shown that children born to incestual relationships have a significantly higher occurrence of birth defects/illness.
